Payment

Upon booking, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total price within 14 days. The remaining balance is due one month before the start of your holiday. We also kindly ask you to make this payment via bank transfer.

In addition, a deposit of EUR 1,000 must be paid before the start of the trip.

Payment Options:
‍‍Bank transfer – the bank details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
‍Cash payment upon arrival or on site is not possible.

Cancellation Policy

It's possible that for some reason you might not be able to go on your holiday...
The following cancellation policy applies:

Up to 43 days before Arrival = 10%

Up to 29 days before Arrival = 50%

Up to 20 days before Arrival = 80%

For cancellations made 19 days or less before the start of the trip, or on the day of arrival, the full rental price remains due. The date your notification is received by the booking office is decisive (for Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies).

Tip: Consider taking out travel cancellation insurance.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance at the same time as booking. This covers cancellation costs in the event of cancellation due to illness, accident, or death of the renter, a fellow traveler, or a close relative (upon presentation of a medical certificate).
